The rules of using Kaya.

Kaya is a coaching platform operated by Yoshi Labs, a Philippine sole-proprietorship based in Davao City. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.

• Free forever. There is no athlete subscription, ever.
• You're the source of truth for your own training data. We don't validate it; we record it.
• If you connect to a coach via invite code, they see your training data until you disconnect.
• You can disconnect from a coach at any time from Settings.

• Coaches pay a monthly subscription that caps the number of athletes on their roster (1 / 5 / 15 / unlimited).
• You bill your athletes yourself, in whatever way you already do. Kaya does not handle the athlete↔coach payment.
• You're responsible for the coaching advice you give. Kaya doesn't review or moderate prescriptions, voice memos, or messages — that's the coach's professional judgement, not ours.
• Don't use the platform to coach minors without their parent or guardian's consent — local law applies.

• Resell Kaya, white-label it, or wrap our API for another platform.
• Use Kaya to coach anyone who hasn't consented to being coached on it.
• Send spam, harassment, or any form of abuse through messages or voice memos.
• Try to access another athlete's or coach's data via API abuse, scraping, or social engineering.
• Use the platform for anything the law of the Philippines doesn't allow.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or applicable law. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to export your data unless the violation involves immediate harm (abuse, fraud, scraping).

Kaya is a coaching tool, not a medical device. Workouts, plans, and AI-generated advice ("Ask Kaya") are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. The coach you connect to is responsible for the appropriateness of their advice — we are not.

Coach subscriptions can be cancelled any time and don't renew. We don't pro-rate unused days within a billing period, but if something broke and you couldn't use the platform, email support@trainwithkaya.com and we'll make it right.

To the extent allowed by law, Yoshi Labs' liability for any claim related to your use of Kaya is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (₱0 for athletes). We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email notice 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Kaya after that date means you accept the new terms; if you don't, delete your account and we'll process it under the prior policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that can't be settled directly will be heard in the courts of Davao City.
